XK60 Celebrates the unique history of all cars containing Jaguar’s groundbreaking XK-engine, including:

the landmark sports car that launched the engine, helped create the whole Jaguar legend, launched Stirling Moss’s career and led Britain’s ‘Export Or Die’ dollar drive

similar in style to the iconic 120, the 140 refined the concept with increased power, improved steering, suspension and braking, plus rather space inside the Coupé models

the final iteration modernised the 120/140 concept with a one-piece windscreen, more interior space, more power and, above all, disc brakes, plus the ‘S’ versions

employing the XK engine, firstly in 2.4 form and later additionally in more familiar 3.4 form, the unitary construction small saloons took Jaguar into fresh markets  

produced with 2.4, 3.4 and 3.8 versions of the XK engine, the Mark 2s refined the concept, continued the successful competition career of their predecessors and were enormously successful
